- In line with our mission and vision as an organization, we aim to strengthen our position as a reliable and leading company in our sector by closely following the developing and current medical technologies, by adopting the principles of customer focus and leadership in order to meet the expectations of our customers (healthcare institutions, physicians, patients) at the highest level, and by offering easily accessible, safe and innovative products and services.
- In our organization, we create, implement, sustainably document, certify and continuously improve ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems under the umbrella of the “Integrated Management System” in accordance with the standards, legislation, legal, organizational and customer conditions.
- To regularly review the performance of all our business processes by measuring, monitoring and analyzing them; to continuously increase the efficiency of our processes in an international context by adopting improving and corrective approaches that will improve our performance,
- To meticulously comply with all applicable laws, regulations and international legislation, and to adopt a transparent and accountable management approach within the framework of the ethical rules of the sector,
- To understand our customers' needs and expectations accurately, to focus on customer satisfaction in all our activities, and to provide the best and fastest support in after-sales services,

- Adopting risk-based thinking while planning and implementing the Integrated Management System, which is a high-level integration of Quality, Environment and OHS management systems, and demonstrating proactive approaches by identifying potential risks and opportunities in advance,
- To determine and monitor the environmental impacts of our activities and product life cycles, to contribute to environmental sustainability, to take all necessary precautions to ensure the health of our employees and the safety of the workplace, and to always be prepared for any adverse situation,
