ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
As an organization, we are guided by the concept of "sustainable development," aiming to minimize the environmental impact of all our activities and contribute to environmental protection. Driven by this vision, we are renewing ourselves and embracing the following principles:
- To comply with all legal regulations and other obligations regarding the environment, occupational health and safety for our industry;
- Establishing, implementing and continuously improving environmental and OHS management systems;
- To try to reduce the waste generated from our facilities at its source and to ensure its recycling as much as possible;
- To reduce losses by keeping up with developing technology and keeping the efficiency of our facilities at the highest level;
- To minimize the use of natural resources as a result of our continuous improvement efforts;
- To raise awareness among all our employees and all individuals and companies with whom we have relations on environmental and occupational health and safety issues;
- To continuously improve our OHS and environmental performance and to take into consideration occupational safety and environmental impacts in your new investments;
- To establish and continuously improve an integrated management system focused on preventing all work accidents, occupational diseases, environmental damage and non-conformities;
- To comply with applicable legal requirements;
- Creating measurable performance indicators and monitoring them through regular audits;
- Creating a supportive organizational culture that requires visible leadership and clear accountability;
- Identify risks and requirements and regularly update emergency procedures;
- We are committed to establishing effective communication with our stakeholders and to spreading awareness that all employees can achieve their goals through safe behavior and contributions.
As a team with our employees, we undertake to continue our work and investments to fulfill the requirements of this policy and our environmental and occupational health and safety responsibilities, and to continuously develop and improve our business in light of the principles stated above and to comply with legal, customer and other requirements.
